The second arrival.
Energies running rampant through Avenor sent ripples through the cosmos, threatening everything. Planetary bodies began to break orbit with neighboring celestial suns alternately weakening or going nova. As disruptions escalated, The armada arrived to investigate the disturbances and beheld what Rho had wrought. From this host, the Hunters attacked and swiftly defeated Rho and, acting on the Council’s orders, passed Judgement and imprisoned Rho in the Elsewhere, an everlasting existence void of feeling, thought, or time—an eternity of nothing.
Others of the host sought to contain the chaos’s devastating effects, focusing their will on the manifestations of the Primes. As thoughts and ideas, the Primes could not be destroyed or contained. Still, they were each stripped of all powers and abilities to directly affect their creations on the material plane, but their power echoed through their creations. The Primes were emptied of purpose and were given wisdom and forbearance in its wake, while their children, pawns in this great tragedy, were released from their prime directive to worship and allowed to live as free people.
The power that had built in the wars had grown too large, however, and while the surrounding systems could be saved, the cataclysm that followed rocked the very core of Avenor, rupturing the lands and seas and choking the air to devastating effect. The races of the Primes were shattered and fragmented throughout the world, all but extinct. As the forces of Avenor subsided, the armada departed, leaving the races to rebuild, if possible, and to find their destiny.
